However, if you are not happy with your purchase, we are here to help you smooth your returns.

• You may return most new unused items within 15 days of delivery for exchange only.
• If you are not satisfied with the merchandise, please contact us as soon as you receive your package. We will not accept exchanges after 15 days of delivery.
• All items returning must be in its original condition. Any item worn or altered will be refused for exchanges or returns
• Contact us at + 1 678-401-6462 or email us at support@bm.timestweb.net to get a Return Authorization before sending any item back.
• Customers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping charges. Please include $10 for shipping with your return.
• We will contact you once we receive your return for an exchange.
